In a bid to increase its muscles, the Indian Air Force carried out nearly 10,000 combat sorties of its combat aircraft during the ongoing “Gaganshaki Exercise”.
The Air Force has nearly deployed all its combat aircraft fleet to demonstrate its capability to undertaking high-intensity operations with the limited number of aircraft. This is the biggest ever exercise conducted by the Air Force until now.
As per reports, most of the aircraft carried out nearly six sorties for three consecutive days. Every sortie included different kinds of missions.
This is a pan level exercise that is being conducted in the western and northeastern sector to validate the Indian Air Force’s fighting capabilities.
